Hi, I am rebuilding my Ferguson TO-20's carb. How exactly does the choke shaft and plate go? It has to go a certain way in order to let you fit the two screws in the choke plate and get the backfire relief flap oriented the right way; I assume the flap goes to the bottom, but it was in wrong when I found it: flap at the top. Also you have to orient the shaft spring so that it tends to hold the choke open. Anyway if you have any advice I could use it; thanks.
