Start with simple trouble shooting 101. Spark has to be a good blue/white and jump at the very least a 1/4 inch gap from the coil wire and ALL 4 plug wires. Next check fuel flow by pulling the carb drain and let it flow for a few minutes. Catch it to look for dirt/rust/water and so you can use it. You need a good steady flow of gas for 2-5 minutes.
