Hi I would like to start pulling and need some help from the great pulling gods at this site. I currently own a '46 H and was wondering if it was worth trying to set it up for pulling or if I should buy a M? What are some easy ways to get power out of an H and still be original/stock? Do I need more weight in the back or less cuz some put pressed steel on and some put weights.I have a couple sets of rear weights to use. What about front weights? About how much weight is needed? The H I would like to be kinda close to original because its my first tractor but an M I would not really care. Also I currently have 12.4-38 Firestones on my H with good tread. Should I use these or 13.6-38 with little tread left? Any hints? Cheap hints that is. Thanks a lot. Matt

On closer examination (and some reading in a AC D-14 service manual), I found out that this is a pretty ingenious method of cleaning the air in the tractor's intake tract.
