Here is a link to a random turbo map but it's good enough example.
It shows the turbo operating in it's ideal, most efficient and adding the least heat to the intake air. Operating between 25lbs airflow and a 1.5X pressure ratio ( 7psi boost) to 45lbs airflow and 2.0 pressure ratio with 15psi boost.
Not a whole lot of turbos that can make a 3.0 pressure ratio ( 30 psi) boost and still be running efficient. Ideal operational range will be narrow too.
