Its OPEN. What good is the word "open' if thats not what it means? I am always bewildered by this situation whenever a club does this. Then they cry that turnout is falling? Please explain. To most people open means run what ya brung. Limiting hp directly limits competition & attendance. We have a local club that limits horsepower to 33% over factory in open, & RPM to 10% over. This is NOT 'open' in any other motor sport! Oh but then they have a v-8 antique tractor class.....(?!?)
