If you're going to use the stock U jugs, 4.375 is about all you will get without sleeves. If you want to get to 4.81, you will want to use jugs off of a 504 or later 336, they were 4.625 to start with so there's more to work with. I've heard of guys boring those out to the water jackets and then sleeving them.
