I have a 88 oliver 283 cid gas. bigger cam 880 head milled 80 thousands with stock valves in it also have big carb and big ported intake , head ported as well. My question is that is it worth the money to run bigger valves in it now. Cid is not that much over stock and how much power do you think I would gain running 10% over on rpm's with bigger chevy valves. Tractor does not have enough power to run second gear like I would like. pulling 5500-6000 pounds.
