560's are a great tractor depending on where you want to pull and how much you want to spend. Murphy's motor service builds great engines anywhere from 400cid to 500cid using a 301 block. Lemons just built one using a 360 block that is around 740cid but prepare to spend big bucks. An easy way to build a motor is to use a 301 block and bore it to 4" which eliminates the need to have sleeves installed. the only down side is that you need to hard block the engine because of the thin cylinder walls. any stroke up to 5 7/8 fits into a 301 block rather easy hope this helps.
