I agree with FLoldford, that people tend to paint them too light. It seems like Ford changed shades of paint more than any other make, so you have to really be careful. I will suggest that you look at the insides of the panels for some original paint and take it to a real paint jobber and get it scanned. I don't think that most paint manufacturers are really as interested as you are in getting the right shade. As to the brand of paint, you will see alot of good information if you read down through this forum. A major consideration is how much prep are you going to do? If you are going to put five hours into prep go ahead and get the Tractor Supply paint. If you are going to put fifty hours into the prep get some good paint.
