It wouldn't be a problem putting another coat of paint with a different brand of paint as long as it was the same type of paint. I'm not familiar with the paint however it appears to be an alkyd so if you put a different type of paint with a stronger solvent it could wrinkle up the existing paint ruining it. The best way to tell is if the paint you are using says to thin with mineral spirits or napatha, then its a alkyd. If your not sure on the new paint put some on in a inconspicuous space and see how it reacts. Other than that all you would have to do is scuff the existing paint with fine sandpaper or scotchbrite pad and your good to go.
