This may not belong in this section but I have a 19in wheel that has come off an 8n and the part that the tire mounts on has rusted through. I was planning on a buying just the outer rim and filling in the center with the old wheel. Would a cutoff tool be OK to remove the center from the old wheel or do I need a acetylene torch?
