On the older Wisconsin 2 cylinder engines, the pistons went up and down togather. Both plugs fired togather, one cylinder fired, the other spark was "wasted" on the exhaust stroke,This was on models TE,TF,TH, THD. On model TJD, 2 cylinder models,when 1 cylinder was at top dead center, the other one was at the bottom, so they fired diferently. Your photo shows a magneto for model TJD. Your magneto could be one of the following: Wis. part #/ Fairbanks Morse # Y79/ FMX2B7A Y79A/ FMX2A7B Y79BS1/ FMX2B7E Y79C/ FMX2B7F Parts: Cap, Coil, Points, Condenser, ane still available and interchange between Y79 series.
