Googling Agri-Power 7000 parts brings up various posts saying parts available in Argentina.... They also say it has (or originally had) a Fiat 4cyl diesel CO3606 engine, 4.53x5.12 (115mmx130mm)(tractordata), that it was originally a Fiat 700E built by Zetor as a 7011 or 7211, and that Zetor dealers usually have parts... If that's no help and you can verify Fiat engine ID, you could Google for Fiat engine parts...
