If the plow was mine, I would say to myself: O.K. I know three things for sure. #1 it's a Oliver 100 plow master. #2 I know that it was orginally red. #3 it has a hitch like I have never see before. There fore I would paint everything red including the rims. Then I would use it, or take it to shows, or whatever. If you every find out any more information, you will still have your orginal pictures to go by.
