I am replacing the adjusting bolts on a neighbor"s 1450 clutch and do not have the special tool set (ST 170?) from Oliver to adjust the finger height. Is there a way to adjust them without it? I have the pages from a service book, but everything there is hinging on having the tools. Thanks.
