The tractor has a open center hyd. The pic. of the valve shows it to be plumbed wrong. The oil should flow thru from side to side. The big plug on the out side should have the return hose attached to it. The return from the valve should power the 3pt. The ball valve is used to shut only when removing loader from tractor to keep oil from flowing out of system. The oil flow should start at the pressure line elbow to the left side of the valve thru valve out right side to the line to hyd. system.
