John, my question is what flow control valve, value, should I buy, to put in my loader pressure line, so I can come off of it, and power my power steering, on my S 55 Oliver? Looking in the Northern tools catalog, most valves, are 3000 psi valves, and adjust from 0 to 8 gal per min, or 0 to 16 gal per min. The generator pump combo that I bought, and had reconditioned, wont pump, now that I finally have it mounted. You told me a yr or two, ago, what I needed to get, but it has gone by the wayside, and can't be remembered.I may mess with the genny pump, again , one of these days, but for now I just want to get it going. The loader control valves, and lines are located on the left side close to the steering column, and it should work fine with short hoses. All I really need, is to know what value of valve to buy.

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
