New to Olivers; but, I'm looking at one for a future project. It is complete as far as I know. Not beat up or anything like that. Sheet metal is straight with both side skirts present. No welds are apparent anywhere on the tractor The engine is locked up. I don't know when it last run. Is there a good chance it can be freed up with some ATF or penetrating oil in the cylinders? I have put ATF in a couple other engines with positive results. I'd put a breaker bar on the crankshaft pulley nut and hang some weight on it and wait. Back rims are going to need replacing due to rust. Tires are loaded. I'll need a good source of rear rims if anybody knows one. Thanks.
