Yes it has one bend in it half way down approximately. If your drag link is hitting the tierod the ball and sockets on the drag link are worn out and need to be built back up to spec. It is a poor design and the 990 is even worse as the draglink is twice as heavy as the s99. I have both to rebuild this winter on my s99 & 990
