Check the rear end fluid level,overfull may indicate a leaking pto unit.Look in the oil fill hole on the engine for 12 point rod bolts,this will indicate if it has possibly had some engine updates.the water pumps have a weep hole on the bottom side if wet indicates bad pump seals.I also request that it not be started prior to my inspection. Then usually take an 1-1/8" wrench and let the engine oil drain plug almost out of the pan until i get a drip or two to make sure there is no water in the oil.Tractors this age often have failing cylinder sleeve o rings causing coolant to get in the oil.Just my 2cents good luck!they are a nice tractor
