went to start my oliver 77 for the first time in a couple months and it wouldnt start. it is converted to twelve volt. brought the test light out and came to the conclusion that it is not getting spark. it has power all the way to the distributor so i changed the points condensor cap and wires and end up with the same result.. no spark. with distributor cap off the rotor moves when engine is cranked over. could i have a bad distributor? and is there a way to test the distributor to see if it is faulty?? any help is appreciated thanks.
