Like mr lund said the 1650 motor won't swap right in. I have a 1550 that I put the larger engine in. (880 but it's the same dimentions) Had to cut the pto shaft 1 in". If you have the 2 speed, you have to cut 1 in" off the front of the transmission input shaft. I don't have the 2 speed so I made up a clutch shaft to fit. Waterpump sits higher also. Need to swap pumps or fan shrouds. Came out ok, but I bought it as a parts tractor. Didn't get the motor with it. 1550/55 is a great little tractor. Big enough to run a haybine and baler, pull a 3 bottom plow but small enough to move with a 3/4 ton pickup and 2 axle tagalong trailer.
