My dad had two 77's one with a loader on it,both gas tractors. He ran Riley Brothers 30 wt non detergent in the spring, summer and fall on one. and 10 wt non detergent in the winter on the loader tractor. The other 77 was not used in the winter so it had 30 wt in it year around. He hauled manure in the winter with his 88 and it got the same oil treatment as the 77 with the loader on it.His little Ford 9N with a loader on ran 20 wt non detergent year round. Non detergent Riley Bro's oil is all that was ever used up to about 1975 and then a switch was made to Cenpeco oils and grease. Why I can't remember.A oil company peddler delivered oil in 55 gal drums,Grease etc and sold shovels for the barn and brooms etc. at the same time.
