Time for some trouble shooting. Every internal combustion engine ever built, regardless of fuel type must have 3 things in the proper order to be able to run. Fuel, compression, ignition. Those 3 in that order. Since you know it runs at times you assume compression is O.K. Ck. fuel supply. Once verified, ck. ignition (spark) and make sure the spark is arriving at the proper time.
