550 PTO clutch repair

I just got my 550 and repair bill back from the dealer. It was $720 (16 hours x $45) to remove the loader, split the tractor and rebuild the PTO clutch and replace the seals behind it. The six fiber plates and five steel plates were $470. I was expecting the total cost (~$1200) to be half of that. What do you think?
