Forum Members, Denny O. has given me much info on the FM WW2 mag and pointers on set up. One thing he mentioned is that the generator has to be set on the opposite side of the engine to make room for the mag. Question is- did the generator ever stay on the right side? The reason I ask is when purchasing the mag the used parts guy gave me an additional part that went with the mag. It looks like an idler or belt tensioner that some how is attached to the N. Did this apparatus make it possible to attach it to the standard right side or is this idler meant to be used on the alternate left side? Any thoughts or ideas are welcome! Again, thanks to Denny for his assistance. Mr. T. Minnesota
