It depends on a few things. The condition of your tires, how much ballast you have, your soil condition and the size and number of the bottoms on the plow. Ford 101 came in 12,14 and 16" widths and came 1,2,3,4 and I think 5 bottom. The larger ones were semi-mounted, meaning, they had hydraulic assist to get the rear bottoms to raise. Aside from a collector's standpoint, they are superior to the older Ferguson and Dearborn plows - because they have trip bottoms and because new wear parts are readily available.
