Remove carb disassemble as much as you can. Pay attention how the air screws come out. Count the revolutions while screwing them IN. So, if the air screws in one and half turns IN then stops. That's where it NEEDS to be when assembly is made. Just screw the air jet IN UNTILL LIGHTLY SEATED then screw it out one and half turns. It's set !!!! Remove everything you can. Being careful of the float bowl gasket as it may break . No big deal as any Honda motorcycle shop can get the gasket. After you remove the float bowl there's a main jet and the float , needle valve. Carefully remove those parts. Get a can of GOOD carb and choke cleaner. Spray everything. Including the holes in the carb. They are vents. That must be open and clean. Clean the needle and main jet. Small holes in main jet must be clean and free of the smallest amount of dirt crud. Install everything. Clean!!! May want to remove and drain and flush the tank clean too. Install a fuel filter. New gas lines. Go ride !!!! Oh clean your air filter too or replace!!!
