Wanted to add that when my fatherin law filled his this way, it was with water from a well and low pressure also. when tire was full the pump kicked off. City water here is higher pressure and dont kick off . if left unattended it can blow the tire. This we have experienced. I saw one blow the tire off the front of rim ,destroying the tube and rim edge, lucky the tire wasnt damaged or anyone hurt. It blew water 40' and sounded like a cannon went off.
