I posted this today on tractor talk today.
I recently purchased a neck warmer for $1.25, free shipping, on ebay. Yes it came from Shen Zhen, China via AIR MAIL. It weighted .05 KG. Took about a month to get. Thought it was shipped on a slow boat from China.
Who is paying the freight on an item that came from half way around the world? I even had to go to the post office and sign for it.
Is there some agreement that the post office has to handle the mail from China for free? I can't send a letter across town and have someone sign for it for $1.25. George
