Looks good but... Now we get to critique it :) What all are you going to carry on it? Or in other words, how much weight? I see you do have the stay bars to support the front end of the carrier. What are you going to use to support the top of the bumper to keep it from bending down? Take a look at the photos below. They are of a later style Ford bumper but very similar in design and function to yours. Notice the extra stay arms that go from the top of the bumper back to the axle. Ford made weights to fit on these bumpers and recommended you add the extra stay brackets to keep the weight from bending the bumper down. Again, I don't know how much weight you plan to carry on that platform but if it is much over a hundred or so lbs I would recommend you fashion some type of bracket to help carry the weight.
