I have an ingress egress (in and out) easement across my neighbor's property 150*30 ft. length*width. The neighbor has left me a 20 ft path, filled the rest with a wood pile, a car, and other stuff.
I went to the City of Spokane Valley police dept, wouldn't do anything, "didn't have a dog in the fight".
Talked to a Lawyer, recommended I buy the land, just the land of the easement.
My dealings with lawyers through a divorce has shown me they and the courts don't seem to like me. They never said why, just treated me like garbage, lied, bullied etc.
A cop in the city of Spokane beat and tazed a guy, Otto Zhem, to death a several years ago, while several cops stood and watched. Otto was mildly retarded, had never been in trouble. His last words, "I just wanted a snickers". It was in a quickie mart type of gas station. A camera recorded the whole thing, so, after some time and public outrage, the cop was charged and convicted, but I don't know if he will actually do time.

Although he himself has never actually owned or restored a tractor, he was always enthusiastic and always around helping with other peoples projects.
