That's a hard one. I try to be Christian like. But I wasn't bought up that way. I had fought many of times. I can say I never started one. Won some (most) loss a few. If I get pushed to hard I might still fight. But It's been along time since I've let someone push me to that point. I'll walk away when I can. But it sounds like he has you in a corner. You can fight with fist or better to fight in court. Now days there a lots of technology you can use. There are recorders and cameras that can be use and concealed very easily. I seen them on hats, pins for on your person also dash cams and such.Spend what ever is necessary. Invest in some technology and beat him in court. Good Luck
