I think you have an 8N but we'll need to know if you have the early style steering box or the later one. Also, I'm not sure what you mean by a 7' scoop. Is the scoop mounted in front or back? Generally though, loose or wobbly front tires are caused by one or more of the following: Worn tie rod ends, Steering box out of adjustment, Improper toe in Worn spindle bushings. Even things like loose balls in the radius rod caps, badly bent radius rods and or a worn out center axle bushing can cause them to wobble or feel loose.
