I have a Craftsman vise from the 80's. Have broken it three times. Sears refuses to warrant it claiming that vises aren't covered under their lifetime warranty. Last time it broke it was taken out of service. I also have a set of screwdrivers from them. Absolute garbage. The tips are soft and brake fluid softens the handles and makes them all sticky and gooey. Junk. Our local Sears has been closed and gone for a couple of years now, but they do have a couple of those little paint and hardware stores around. Never been in one.
