Bob, I never heard of a web strap, is this something new? I've got 7 "N" tractors , mine all mount with lip of the tank on top of the front cross brace and the rear of the tank on the under the rear cross brace. I usually turn my hood upside down to remove the tank. Please explain the web strap, thanks
