# 1......don't use "thred tape", anywhere to stop fuel leaks!!!! Gas will eat up the tape, in time, and can get into the carb bowl, and start plugging things up!!
Do like Jerry/MT, told ya and run new 1/8 NTP pipe threds in the drain hole......then install a new 1/8 Brass, pipe plug....(obtained from yer local hardware store)!
As for leaking from the bronze weap hole......Check the float setting for 1/4" from the center gasket, to the bottom of the floats!!!!!
BUT.......I suspect, that you have not yet learned to shut off the fuel at the sed. bowl, and the float needle and/or seat is leaking. If that is the case.....install NEW float needle and seat!!!! (the seat has to be really tight, to keep it from leaking, and the needle has to set in the seat correctly, to open and close smoothly!!!
Get into the habit of shutting the fuel off, when you shut the JUBE down for any length of time!!!
