Tire pressure 10-15 PSI depending on what you have on the 3 point. As for the drain plug a big pipe wrench a small piece of 2X4 and a hyd jack. You put the pipe wrench on the drain plug and set the 2X4 on the jack and jack it up just to the point it holds the wrench tight on the oil plug. Then you pull/push to brake it free
