I have recently acquired a ford 9n Ser. No. *9N485*. it has a cast aluminum hood and other aluminum parts throughout respective to the low serial number. the hood is broken in the front and the grill is missing. other than that, overall the tractor is in pretty good shape (complete and original). the tractor is also equipped with an auxiliary transmission. how many different types of auxiliary trans were available and were they the same as auxiliary trans that fit the later serial numbers? I realize that these tractors are pretty rare, but I haven"t even heard of one this early with an auxiliary. does any one know how much this tractor may be worth? many thanks.
