The easiest way I've found is to use an electrician's fish tape. Feed the fish tape from the rear to the front , tape the the alternator,coil and diode wire to the loop of the fish tape. Use electrical tape to tape the wire to the fish tape. Use liquid detergent to lube the wires and pull them back through the tube. feed the fish tape down through the holes in the tube for each spark plug wire and tape the spark plug wire to the end of the fish tape and lube the wire with soap. Do the same for each of the spark plug wires. When you are done double check the wires to make sure that you have the right spark plug wire going to the right distributor port.
