Micah........since the FLATHEAD engine has NO HEADOIL requirements like OHV or OHC engines, its HARD to gitt real oil in yer anti-freeze. But it is real eazy to work an engine HARD and BLOW a headgasket and warp the flathead and fill yer radiator water with BLACK COMBUSTION byproducts. Time to byte the bullet and do the dreaded compression test. Ford specs: 90psi min (dry). Do a dry and then a wet test and write the numbers down. Iff'n you don't understand yer compression numbers, post'em and we'll help you interpret them.........Dell, (who also has a clunk fer brother)
