Hello to all, After my destructive brother returned the tractor I found that it did not want to run. It is missing and cutting out. I ruled out all of the usual suspects; points, plugs, fuel filter. Anyway, something told me to check the antifreeze. Once I removed the cap, I knew that I had found the problem. There is oil, not a film, on top of the antifreeze. I would guess about an inch or so deep. The antifreeze was good about a week ago with good color and the proper level. The exhaust looks pretty normal with no white smoke. My question is, is the oil most likely entering into the antifreeze from a bad head gasket? If not, from where? Thanks for all of your help.
