I think you should contact Tom and have him come over and show you how to replace the relief valve from the inspection port. Save the pto replacement chore for another day. You'll make a new friend and learn a new trick! I wish there were someone on this board who lived in my town and was willing to come over and help me unstick the engine on my TO-30 I just inherited.
