Hello everyone. First let me say thanks for all of the help you guys have given me in the past. I really appreciate this website, and the people. You don't get a lot of smart alec responses, and no swearing either. Now to my question, I have a 51N and did some plowing with my single bottom plow tonight( first time ). I must be doing something wrong because it may take me all day to straighten out the mess I made in my feild. I plowed each furrow by letting the front wheel run in the last furrow I made. I ended up with a strip of sod in between each furrow. The rows were about 2 foot apart and pretty deep. I wanted to try to roll the sod again and bust up the middle strips but could not because the plow kept falling into the existing furrows. I thought the only thing to do would be to try to chop everything up and spread it with my small disk harrow. Any advice on this one?
