Can anyone tell me how to bench test a coil on a 9N front mount tractor? I have an ohm meter but do not know what it should be reading. The tractor was running great but overheated. I let it cool off and it fired right up. After mowing for about ten more minutes the tractor backfired a time or two and shut down. After that I could get no fire. I replaced the points but am still not getting a spark. Also, does anyone know what kind of reading I should get across the condensor? Thank you much, Chuck
