You're not alone, quite a pain to do the first time. Oh, and the second and third also.... If it hasn't been done, it helps a lot to grind out a 1/4 inch or so of material at the 2 o'clock position of the hole, where you slide the bendix in and past the flywheel. Don't worry, there's plenty of material there, you won't miss it. Even then, it takes some wiggling and jiggling to get it to slip past the flywheel. Some say you have to stand on one foot and hold your tongue just right, whatever you can do to get it to work! Keep at it, it'll eventually drop right past, and you'll wonder why the heck it was so difficult to do that. Good luck. Rob
