$2000 for a good running 8N 49'?

I have been looking at my first 8N 1949 model tractor. The gentleman selling it buys these and fixes them up to resell. He says that he has $2000 in it and wants $2000 for it. I don't know tractors very well however, I found a good guide to buying an 8N and spent 2 hours looking and driving it today. It passed with flying colors. Does anyone have major concerns I should when I take a third look at it tomorrow?
