I don't know how to successfully run a big company, but then, the QFF management didn't know either. A casual observer could see the collapse coming two years in advance. Even a dummy knows you can't sell merchandise from an empty shelf. It became not worth the trip because they would be out of whatever you needed. The new Tractor Supply is now open in the same building. Wide aisles, open shelves...at first impression, there is only half as much merchandise there. BUT!!! They had EVERYTHING I went after.
