Seems like a deal to me. The carb can be found used or a new one for 150 or so. If you want to spend the time to check it out thourghly ask if you can drain the trans and engine oil. Check for water because even though its been inside for years it might have spent 10 years outside collecting water and rusting the bearings and gears in the trans. The tires will be either ok or rotted out. No way to really tell until you get it running again. But there is a good chance they will be ok..If you decide not to pursue it pass it on here and maybe someone else is interested in it. I am in the Portland Oregon area so if its close to here let me know first(LOL)...Big Mike
