Should be a decal on it, your suppose to start and let warm up in high side for 20 or 30 minutes I believe and then put in to low and see if it slips if it does repeat it and if it continues to slip its more than likely got a sprang clutch. Should be able to test driving it, I always test the the whites when you hold the brakes and let the clutch out slow, if the motor Bogs down and tries to move its good, if it just slips and doesn't bog down then its usually shot, sure it works on MMs to, I'm more familiar with the over under.
